Description: Penobscot Community Health Care is employing DIRECTOR right now, this occupation will be depute in Maine. Dental Director wanted full time to provide clinical leadership for a 46 operatory Dental Center with about 20 dentists and residents. Dental Center has its own accredited General Practice Dental Residency with six residents a year, and a two year Pediatric Dental Residency with eight residents in partnership with Lutheran Medical Center. Director will provide direct dental care 3/4 time, ensure high quality dental care and dental education programs, build a collaborative team of dentists, and communicate with residency faculty, state and local dental community. Required: at least five years of practice, GPR graduate, and excellent clinical and leadership/interpersonal/management skills. Dental Center is a major practice of a large, integrated, comprehensive Federally Qualified Health Center.
