Penobscot Community Health Center in Bangor seeks a full-time BE/BC provider for PENOBSCOT PEDIATRICS, its dedicated pediatrics clinic. This position replaces a renowned long-time provider who is retiring.
From birth to adolescence, patients receive high quality primary health care in a warm and welcoming environment. At Penobscot Pediatrics offers 7 days a week same-day acute care and 24 hour pediatrician coverage.
One of Maine’s leading pediatric groups for 30 years, this is the state's largest and most comprehensive pediatric practice. Over a dozen Board-Certified Pediatricians, Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and Pediatric Mental Health practitioners offer a wide-range of services including:
- General Outpatient Pediatrics - Early childhood development
- Hospital Care and Consultation
- Specialists in Pulmonology, Asthma, and Infectious Disease
- Psychiatric, Family Therapy, and Mental Health and Substance
- Pediatric Dental Care available at Penobscot Community Dental
- Speech Therapy and Audiology (Service provided by the Warren
Penobscot Pediatrics is accredited by the Joint Commission and has been awarded the highest level of Patient-Centered Medical Home Certification.
PCHC offers a great range of CME opportunity- and quick escapes into Truly Rural Maine and most of Maine's most renowned recreation destinations.
