Job Specifications:
- Hospital employed position
- Call TBD
- IM board certified or eligible or FP board certified with experience
- Salary: $225,000
- Paid medical malpractice insurance
- $10,000 Sign on bonus
- 1 Week per year CME
- Excellent benefit package
- $10,000 Relocation benefit
- Medical education loan repayment program. $20,000 on first year employment anniversary and then $20,000 annually (max of $200,000 or 10 years)
- H1b visas accepted
- 1 weeknight and 1 weekend every 6th week (currently)
- Pediatrics is rare
- 5 local Internist's are working call and would continue. Can be flexible with call if candidates are willing to be.
- 1 Hospitalist on staff currently
- Hospitalist Physician Assistant night program in place
- Need to work as a team as Hospitalist program is only a year old
- Patient volume annually is low
