Values. • Maintains proper attendance and punctuality to en! sure that the department is operated in an efficient and cost effective manner. • Remains flexible and responsive when changes occur in patient activity, workload, and scheduling. • Maintain a flexible schedule - including evenings and/or weekends
- Have an unrestricted current RN license with the ability to become licensed in additional States as required • Recent 3 years clinical experience in areas of Med/Surg, Pediatrics or Emergency Nursing desired • Minimum of an Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school or Diploma Nursing Program • Strong critical thinking skills and desire to provide outstanding customer service • Ability to work as part of a team • Effective communication skills to interact with members/patients and physicians, both oral and written communications • Proficient computer skills with the ability to use multiple programs simultaneously • Must be able to train in San Antonio for initial 3 weeks upon hire !
