Provide age appropriate Intensive Nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a mixed medical/surgical ICU. All EMMC nurses participate i! n activities that promote self and staff development as well as the development of unit specific strategic goals. Current Maine RN license or eligibility to obtain Maine RN license required. Minimum 3 years recent Med/Surg experience required. Critical Care experience preferred. Non-restricted call required. Must be adaptable in a fast paced, changing environment, possess exemplary customer service skills, and demonstrate consistent use of EMMC's caring behaviors.
