Clinical Manager

Detailed specification about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Opportunity for an experienced RN to join the dedicated staff. This position is responsible for managing and overseeing all operational aspects of the clinical department in multiple office suites to include clinical servic! es and staffing needs; and coordinating the clinical work flow to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of RN degree, BSN
- Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience with experience in Pediatrics, Family Medicine or equivalent Specialty experience
- Previous managerial experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and standards; health care systems, structure and functions
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of electronic health records
- Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Current BLS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
Attendance at early AM or lat! e afternoon and/or
evening meetings.
