This position will be responsible for assisting the practices through leadership and direction in planning, guiding, and coor! dinating practice operations by providing financial analysis and oversight, strategic planning, and business development. Medical Specialty Practices are:
Neurology,Pediatric Specialty Care, Maine Children's Cancer Program, and Endocrinology and Diabetes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health care management or related field
- Five years progressive and relevant experience in a health care leadership position
- Extensive physician-hospital practice integration and applicable program development experience
- Skills in exercising a high-degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, physicians, executives and the public.
- Knowledge and understanding of financials including AP and AR
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively! both verbally and in writing
- Proficient computer ski! lls
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Monday - Friday
Requires availability/flexibility for early morning and evening hours/meetings.
