For complete informations about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Opportunity for a NP to join our dedicated team in the Outpatient Clinics. Position will support a patient panel, supports residency education and augments coverage for OB/gyn. Provides direct patient ca! re to include assessing, diagnosing, prescribing, treating and educating patients. Works closely with physicians and other clinicians in providing a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of accredited NP program
- Current State of Maine license
- NP experience in both adult and pediatric medicine
- Knowledge of advanced practice nursing, professional nursing theory, practices and requirements related to evaluation and provision of patient care.
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of electronic medical records
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
