CCS is currently seeking a full time Mental Health Professional for our Maine State Prison facility, located in Warren, Maine. The Mental Health Professional is responsible for providing clinical services under the direction of the Mental Health Coordinator, Clinical Supervisor or Mental Health Director to inmates; Provide mental health consultation and training to facility staff; Maintain effective communication with Facility staff; Maintain accountability for services prov! ided though appropriate documentation and participation in Qua! lity Improvement programs; Maintain confidentiality of health care records.QUALIFICATIONS: •Must possess a master\\\'s degree in a behavioral/social science field from an accredited college or university. •Must have current licensure in the state from the appropriate state licensing board. Coursework and professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, crisis intervention, and mental health consultation. •Must obtain and maintain security clearance.We offer excellent compensation, malpractice coverage, relocation assistance as well as resources to grow professionally.
