Franklin Health Pediatrics is a Franklin Memorial Hospital owned practice located in Farmington, Maine. The pediatrician position is a full-tim! e, or can be part time salaried position joining 2 pediatricians. Call is 1 in 4 with a four day per week schedule. Providers participate in an inpatient pediatric service for admissions and care of acutely ill patients as well as attending deliveries and providing newborn care. Care for ill newborns is also provided with level 2 nursery coverage. Patient volume for office encounters average 20 patients/day along with an average of 2-3 inpatients or newborns daily. Patients represent a full range of pediatrics, including newborns and teenagers. The practice also supports a successful OB program for deliveries at the Hospital nursery which is classified as a Level 2 nursery. The practice is located in the new Medical Arts Center which is conveniently attached to the hospital. Providers enjoy an on-site practice manager and office and clinical support staff. Offered is a generous base salary with productivity and quality bonuses, full benefits package, assistance with educati! on loan debt, paid CME, and vacation, relocation allowance.
