Practice Profile: Franklin Health Farmington! Family Practice is a Franklin Memorial Hospital owned practice located in Farmington, Maine. They have been serving the community for 30 years, caring for multi-generational families. The family practice provider opportunity is a full-time, salaried position joining 5 providers. The outpatient call schedule is one-in-four nights and one in four weekends. No obstetrics.
The Family Practice providers include three physicians and two advance practice providers:
J. Bertrand Audette, D.O. - A graduate of the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Audette completed a residency at UMass Memorial Health Care in Worcester. He has been a member of the Practice since 2002.
Kristine Sanden, D.O. - Dr. Sanden received her degree from the University of New England’s College of
Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine and completed a family practice residency at the University of Massachusetts Fitchburg. She joined the practic! e in 2006.
Kendra Emery, DO - Dr. Emery is a graduate! of the University of New England College (UNE) of Osteopathic Medicine then trained as a teaching fellow in anatomy and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) also at UNE. Dr. Emery then completed her residency at St. Anthony North Family Medicine in Westminster, Colorado and joined the Practice in 2012.
Linda Seabold, PA-C - Linda Seabold received her Bachelor's degree in biology from Cornell University and graduated from the physician assistant program at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas.
Callie Meader, PA-C - Meader received her master’s degree in physician assistant studies in 2009 from the University of New England (UNE) after receiving her Bachelor’s degree in medical biology/pre-physician assistant studies, also at UNE.
Located in the new Medical Arts Center which is conveniently attached to the Hospital , the outpatient practice provides care for infants and pediatrics through geriatric care and includes ! nursing home visitations. Patient volume draws from an extensive geographic region with 40,000 people. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a 65-bed, acute care community hospital with a 40-member medical staff. The practice team includes RNs and medical assistants as well as a practice manager.
Farmington, Maine is a rural college town, two hours north of Portland and home to the University of Maine at Farmington, one of the best liberal arts colleges in the nation. The area is within an hour's drive to three ski resorts and offers four seasons of outdoor recreation with many lakes, rivers and streams as well as hills and mountains. The area’s progressive medical staff affords excellent colleague interaction and referral relationships.
