Customer Services Trainee/ Executive [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage projects in the areas of typesetting, translation, design and printing

* Interact with clients, vendors and internal departments

* Customer communications, inquiry and build customer’s relationship to suppliers

Requirements:

* 1+year working experience in the service industry

* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline

* Excellent problem solving and communication skills

* Self-motivated, mature, responsible, able to work as a team player with good communication skill

* Working experience in customer service will be an advantage

* Shift duty is required

* Willing to work overtime

* Fresh graduates and / or with less working experience will be considered as Account Servicing Trainee

* Immediate available is preferred but not a must

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From $16,000.00 per month
