Job Description 职位描述
· Prepare food and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes. / 根据规定标准和配方 准备餐饮菜单。
· Recruit, train and manage kitchen employees for KyoChon Malaysia outlets, including developing SOPs where necessary. / 为KYOCHON直销店招聘，培训和管理厨房员工，同时在必要时制定标准作业程序。
· Maintain an efficient and effective roster of kitchen crews for KyoChon Malaysia outlets and manage labour needs within budget. / 为KYOCHON维持高效且有效的厨房工作人员且在预算范围内销售和管理劳动力需求。
· Control and manage daily inventory of raw materials, semi-finished items and finished goods. / 控制和管理原材料，半成品的日常库存。
· Liaise with purchasing on daily inventory requirements and conduct quality inspections on all incoming deliveries. / 根据日常库存要求与采购组联络并进行对所有进货进行质量检查。
· Maintain and manage an accurate record of kitchen assets and items (including equipment, fittings, utensils, and tableware). You will ensure that kitchen equipment are properly cleaned daily after close of operation. / 维护和管理厨房资产和物品的准确记录(包括设备，配件，用具和餐具) 且确保厨房设备在每天打样后运作妥善的清洁操作。
· Conducting regular inspections of the entire kitchen/dishwashing areas and coolers and promptly act to correct deficiencies found during inspection and reporting issues to the Restaurant Manager. / 定期检查整个厨房/洗碗区域和冷却器。若发现缺陷，迅速采取行动纠正且向店经理报告问题。
· Perform minor repairs to kitchen equipment and co-ordinate with suppliers directly for major damage / malfunctions to equipment. / 对厨房设备进行小修并与供应商协调有关已重大损坏/故障的设备。
· Perform other activities that will be assigned from time to time that are related to your role as Assistant Kitchen Manager and Company’s business. / 执行厨房助理分配的其他任务。
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
