Customer Service Representative - Call Center (FT) [United States]


 
Help us help customers manage their subscriptions. You’ll be answering phone calls from the comfort of your home. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a newer model computer, a headset, and a dedicated, quiet workspace where you can train and work without interruptions.

You will be assisting customers with filing complaints, billing inquiries, and fulfillment issues. Our ideal applicant is very comfortable in a high-call volume environment and ready to stay busy!

Job Requirements:
  • Required availability includes start times as early as 7 AM and ending at 4 PM.
  • Reliable internet connection (A minimum of 50 Mbps download speed).
  • PC or Laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS.
  • A dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Excellent reading/writing skills.
  • Ability to work 32+ hours per week, minimum.
  • Ability to work at least one weekend day per week.
  • Solid PC skills. (data entry, systems navigation, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
