We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to work full-time on-site in Orla, TX.
This opportunity is expected to be very long-term and is offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits options, per-diem, and other package assets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully perform the responsibilities above, as well as others related to document management, and will also possess at a minimum, 3-4 years of previous document control experience in capital projects and/or oil and gas.

We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to work full-time on-site in Orla, TX.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide Document Control Support and recommendations based on industry best practices
Ensure Contractors onsite maintain the most recent documentation as issued by the engineer of record
Perform regular quality audits of documentation as determined necessary
Assemble technical data books and oversee all document management related activities
Manage RFI, PCN and FCN processes. Store, record and transmit responses to appropriate personnel
Manage Design Review sessions for IFR status transmittals and track and generate return transmittals to Contractor
Issue and track outgoing transmittals
Build out and maintain project SharePoint folder structures
Provide general Project Administrative Support
Create daily, weekly and quarterly reports as needed
Ensure timely information flow between internal and external requests
Represent the department on specific projects or assignments
Perform specialized and custom, sometimes complex, records analyses and requests
Store records consistent with standard records management principles and in compliance with company policy
Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT services related to document management
Maintain compliance with Information Protection requirements
Contribute to and/or participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Provide EDMS training to all site personnel.
Ensure effective management of information flow between project team and contractors.
Assist with project close-out and records management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
