Maine RN License or eligible to obtain
Provide age appropriate nursing care to inpatient pediatric patients. Current Maine Registered Nurse license or the ability to obtain. All EMMC nurses participate in activities that promote self and staff development as well as the development of unit specific strategic goals. Pediatric experience preferred. PALS preferred, required within 6 months. Chemotherapy certification preferred, required within 1 year. Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment caring for a wide variety of Pediatric diagnosis. Flexible Team Player. Must be adaptable in a fast paced, changing environment, possess exemplary customer service skills, and demonstrate consistent use of EMMC’s caring behaviors.
