Maine RN License or eligible to obtain

Opportunities for RNs available within the Women & Children's Health! Services. Nursing experiences on Women & Children's Health Services are versatile and challenging as you provide care to patients and families on the L&D, Post-partum/GYN, Pediatrics, and Nursery units. These units offer an opportunity to utilize just about every nursing skill you've ever learned in a beautiful state of the art environment with the newest technology and equipment. Our service areas are highlighted by four home like birthing rooms, with private baths and a birthing tub; 11 private patient rooms, with individual baths, as well as a secured Nursery. Cross-training opportunities, organizational committee participation, as well as continuing education are available and encouraged to broaden your current skill set and promote employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Maine RN license or license eligible; prior L&D and or Nursery experience preferred. Current BLS/CPR Certification; obtain NRP certification within first 12 months of hire for W&CH.! This position requires a customer service orientation with ab! ility to interact with the public, and a self-directed individual able to work with a team.
