Emergency Medicine Physician - (ER Doctor, EM Doctor) Locum Tenens

Accredited, modern, acute care community hospital in Maine is currently seeking an Emergency Medicine physician. The EM doctor will work in this 15 bed Emergency Department which sees approximately 25,000 visits annually. The physician's responsibilities will include stabilizing, evaluating and diagnosing patients in the Emergency Room.
Working primarily in emergency rooms, Emergency medicine physicians(locum tenens) are tasked with making high stakes life management decisions in times of immediate crisis. EM physicians regularly deal with complex trauma and exotic conditions, and are highly trained in the stabilization and treatment of a wide range of both adult and pediatric injuries and illnesses.
Required Qualifications
Board Certified Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)
