Emergency Medicine Physician - (ER Doctor, EM Doctor) Locum Tenens

An emergency room physician is needed to provide services at this hospital on an ongoing basis. Work will commence immediately upon the completion of credentialing and privileging. Approximately twenty-six, 12-hour shifts are needed to be covered per month. The schedule is mutually agreeable. Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working primarily in emergency rooms, Emergency medicine physicians(locum tenens) are tasked with making high stakes life management decisions in times of immediate crisis. EM physicians regularly deal with complex trauma and exotic conditions, and are highly trained in the stabilization and treatment of a wide range of both adult and pediatric injuries and illnesses.
Required Qualifications
The physician shall be trained in either Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine and have relevant experience working in the Emergency Department setting. A! ctive BLS and ACLS certifications will be required prior to th! e start date.
