Administrative Assistant - Health Care Center [United States]


 

Do you have a passion for helping others and a love for seniors? We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic administrative assistant to join our team at our community. As an administrative assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and staff in a vibrant environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provides administrative support to the health and supportive services departments, including managing schedules and organizing meetings.
  • Maintains and updates the resident phone list
  • Manages departmental files and orders and maintains office supplies and forms.
  • Maintain databases
  • Maintain distribution lists for families and residents
  • Manage long-term insurance claims
  • Answer phones, field questions, route calls
  • Welcome and greet residents and their families with a positive attitude

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate computer competency to include MS Office and On-line scheduling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Range: $18-23
