New opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated team in Westbrook providing patient care in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. This position will be responsible for supervising ! nursing and clinical staff,and coordinating work flow to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of RN degree, BSN
- Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience
- Previous managerial experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and standards; health care systems, structure and functions
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of electronic health records
- Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Current BLS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
