Description: Maine Medical Partners is currently seeking to employ Clinical Lead right now, this vacancy will be settled in Maine. New opportunity for an experienced RN to join our dedicated team in Westbrook providing patient care in Pediatrics, Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. This position will be responsible for supervisi! ng nursing and clinical staff,and coordinating work flow to provide the most efficient, effective, safe and comprehensive patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Completion of RN degree, BSN
- Active State of Maine Nursing License or eligible for licensure
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience
- Previous managerial experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and standards; health care systems, structure and functions
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of electronic health records
- Ability to establish/maintain effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Current BLS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
