The FSST provides services to EMMC's women's and children's services patient population.
Master's degree in Social Work required. Expe! rience in a medical care setting preferred. Capacity to work independently, well developed organizational skills, ability to multi-task and quickly triage requests from multiple providers developing a response addressing highest priorities first. Demonstrated strong team work and communication skills. Evidenced capacity to engage clients in useful relationships, assess client strengths & needs, develop client based goals, care plans and interventions appropriate to social work within the obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric care settings. Experience with educational / support based group service delivery. Demonstrated crisis intervention skills and ability to transfer care to referral resources for continuing service.
