Description: Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems is hiring Clinical Supervisor/RN right now, this position will be designated in Maine. More details about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. The clinical supervisor assists the nurse manager with the daily operations of Grant 7 OB/GYN, NICU and Pediatrics .
The clinical supervisor also manages customer complaints and staff issues effectively, develo! ps and manages nursing staff competency requirements, and assists in the development and maintenance of departmental directives that relate to nursing process and procedure.
Requirements:
Minimum five years nursing experience, preferably with increasing leadership role.
Strong clinical skills.
Effective interpersonal communication skills, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Effective collaborative, problem solving skills.
BSN is required and Supervisory experience is preferred.
