MCMG Pediatrics
- Process MaineCare referrals via MaineCare web based portal
- Process out-of-state prior authorization requests, medical record requests
- Set up appointments! with specialists
- Maintain recall list
- Answer telephone
- Check in/check out patients
- Schedule appointments
- Document scanning, process faxes
- Data entry preloading into electronic medical records
- Collect insurance co-payments
Strong customer service skills, ability to multi-task effectively, attention to detail, team player, flexibility, positive attitude, strong organizational skills
