More details about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Position is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff in the Portland Pediatric Practice. Coordinates the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maint! aining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years outpatient clinic management/supervisory experience
- Knowledge of medical facility procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of financials including AP and AR
- Skill in planning, organizing and delegating
- Excellent organizations skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of EMR
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
