Job Description for Home Care Nurses:
The home care nurse may provide medical services in a patient’s own home, a family member's home or in an assisted-living community. The home care nurses will be knowledgeable in different areas, including geriatrics, pediatrics and hospice care. The RN will assist with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting and feeding as well as administering medications, documenting progress and providing medical treatments.
