Cannabis medicine is the fastest growing industry in the country and the patients are so grateful to be heard and taken seriously about their desire to use cannabis for their wellness. All kinds of healthcare professionals including nurse practitioners, physicians, chiropractors, anesthesiologists, pediatricians, physician assistants, acupuncturists and massage therapists have all found this to be gratifying work.
Responsibilities include meeting with patients for marijuana recommendation evaluations and light paperwork. There is no treating and no prescribing, as this is a non-invasive consultative position.
