Mō te tūranga | About the Role
As a Platform Engineer you will be part of a team to help build and maintain our Whispir, Archer and Flexera platforms.
This involves BAU maintenance of all 3 platforms including, Change Control for Cloud Patching, PIV testing and business coordination, coordination of and patching of on-prem components, maintenance and support of on-prem configurations that enable use of Cloud Platforms (SSO, AD Groups, Access Control, Common Data ingestion). Also, user and access management as necessary across all 3 platforms.
We are looking for a technical all-rounder who has a broad understanding of the IT infrastructure stack.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring?
- 2+ years as a Platform Engineer
- Strong systems operations skills in Windows
- Experience with Dynatrace SaaS
- Experience engineering fault tolerant, resilient systems
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
- Experience with Business Continuity Management tools is preferred (ServiceNow and RSA Archer)
- Experience with Mass Communications tools is preferred (Whispir, PagerDuty)
